These No Flex sanding extensions are so by the use of 5/8” diameter rod to create them. They are ultimately stiff for the application unlike other extension, the large diameter also makes it perfectly possible to hold onto the extension as it spins in use, no problem doing powerful two handed sanding on the lathe when needed.
The “Kit” is the set of three plus one of the new Super Flex Back Up Pads, the price of the kit saves you another $5.60 off the pad individually. I call that a no brainer!
